These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, our proprietary mobile and web applications, including the Beyond Plus App and Beyond Manager App, and any brokerage, advisory, or claims management services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, downloading our applications, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Role as an Insurance Broker

It is important to understand the nature of our business:

We are a Broker, Not an Insurer: Beyond Insurance Brokerage is an independent insurance broker licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) in Egypt. We act as an intermediary between you (the client) and various insurance companies.

No Underwriting Risk: We do not underwrite risks, issue insurance policies, or pay out claims from our own funds. The final insurance contract is a legal agreement strictly between you and the chosen insurance company.

Quotes and Estimates: Any quotes, premium estimates, or coverage summaries provided by us on our platforms are for informational purposes. They are subject to the final approval, medical underwriting, and specific policy wordings of the respective insurance company.

2. Your Duty of Disclosure

When applying for insurance through Beyond IB, whether for a corporate or individual policy, you are legally obligated to practice the principle of "Utmost Good Faith."

Accuracy of Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and honest information regarding your risk profile, medical history, property value, or business operations.

Consequences of Non-Disclosure: Failing to disclose relevant information (e.g., hiding a pre-existing medical condition, misrepresenting the value of a factory, or falsifying a claim) may result in the insurance company rejecting your claim, canceling your policy, or taking legal action. Beyond IB cannot be held liable for claims rejected due to your non-disclosure or misrepresentation.

3. Use of Digital Platforms (Beyond Plus & Beyond Manager)

Our digital ecosystem is designed to simplify your insurance experience. By using our apps and portals, you agree to the following:

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (usernames, passwords, OTPs). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Authorized Use (Beyond Manager): If you are an HR professional using the Beyond Manager App on behalf of your employer, you confirm that you have the legal authority to add/delete members, view corporate policy data, and handle employee information.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our platforms to submit fraudulent claims, upload forged medical documents, distribute malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary software. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Third-Party Services (Value-Added Services)

Our platforms may facilitate access to third-party healthcare and logistics services, such as medicine delivery or home laboratory visits.

Facilitation Only: Beyond IB acts solely as a technological facilitator to connect you with accredited pharmacies, laboratories, and couriers.

No Medical Liability: We do not provide medical advice, dispense medication, or conduct laboratory tests ourselves. Therefore, Beyond IB assumes no liability for medical errors, delayed deliveries by third parties, incorrect test results, or adverse reactions to prescribed medications.

5. Premium Payments and Fees

Brokerage Fees: As an insurance broker, we are typically remunerated via a commission paid by the insurance company. We do not charge you hidden fees for our standard brokerage services.

Premium Collection: Depending on the arrangement, premiums must be paid either directly to the insurance company or through our authorized collection channels. Failure to pay premiums on time will result in the suspension or cancellation of your insurance coverage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website and applications—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, algorithms, and app interfaces—are the exclusive property of Beyond Insurance Brokerage and are protected by Egyptian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Beyond Insurance Brokerage, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of:

Your use or inability to use our digital platforms.

The decision of an insurance company to reject a claim, delay an approval, or cancel a policy.

Any errors, interruptions, or technical failures of our website or apps.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
