We created the technological tools needed to automate and scale our services. An online platform to improve our service efficiency by storing all the reports and clients' history in one place with smooth accessibility and complete confidentiality, supplying us with insured member's data to present better services.
We also created an online ticketing system to help us generate reports per policy and insurance line, make the clients' messages more accessible, keep clients' request records by having a thread for each request, and improve the follow-up and after-sales. We have also built a mobile app for insured members and another one for corporate managers in the case of Corporate clients.
