Under the theme “Your Career Prescription,” Beyond Insurance Brokerage participated in the Job Fair organized by Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in Alexandria, which witnessed strong attendance from students and fresh graduates across various disciplines, in a day marked by energy and continuous interaction between companies and young talents.
Throughout the day, the event featured a dynamic atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, offering a mix of direct meetings, open discussions, and real networking opportunities between students and company representatives. The level of awareness and ambition among attendees was particularly notable, as many showed a strong interest in understanding the realities of the job market and pursuing career paths aligned with their skills and aspirations.
During our participation, we aimed to go beyond simply presenting job opportunities by creating an interactive experience centered on guidance and meaningful dialogue. Our team engaged with a large number of students, helping them better understand their interests and define what they are truly looking for in their career paths, rather than following unclear or conventional routes.
These conversations also gave students the chance to ask questions openly and gain practical insights into the work environment within the insurance and healthcare sectors, enabling them to build a clearer vision of their next steps and how to prepare for them effectively.
