As part of Beyond Insurance Brokerage’s commitment to supporting students and graduates in building a clearer vision of their career paths, the team participated in the Pharmacy Job Fair at Pharos University in Alexandria. The event aimed to create a meaningful space for direct dialogue between students and the labor market.
The participation was driven by a strong belief that many students still have questions about different career fields—particularly the insurance sector, which is a broad and diverse industry, yet remains relatively unexplored among a large segment of young talent. Through this presence, Beyond focused on simplifying the concept of insurance and providing a practical explanation of the field, its various roles, and the wide range of career paths it offers beyond the traditional perception.
During the fair, the team actively engaged with students through open discussions and one-on-one conversations, listening to their interests and aspirations while helping them connect their academic backgrounds with real career opportunities.
