At Beyond Insurance Brokerage, we believe employee wellbeing matters.
It helps employees feel supported. It also improves engagement, learning, and productivity.
Therefore, we were proud to participate in L&D Hub 2026.
The event brought together HR leaders, Learning and Development professionals, trainers, and business decision-makers.
What Is L&D Hub?
L&D Hub is a professional event focused on workplace learning and development.
It connects HR specialists, trainers, business leaders, and organizations.
In addition, it gives attendees the chance to explore new learning strategies. They can also discuss workplace challenges and discover practical solutions.
Most importantly, the event creates valuable opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing.
Beyond Insurance Brokerage at L&D Hub 2026
During the event, the Beyond team connected with HR and Learning & Development professionals, opening meaningful conversations about employee wellbeing, health in the workplace, and the importance of understanding each team’s needs.
The Beyond booth was an open space for discussion and networking, where attendees learned more about our insurance services and corporate employee wellbeing programs.
We also launched a new version of our interactive game Think & Connect, called Think & Connect L&D Edition, specially customized for the Learning & Development community. The game helped attendees interact, exchange ideas, and break the ice in a simple and engaging way that matched the event’s atmosphere.
Through these activities, Beyond created a more interactive experience and opened new opportunities for conversations and stronger professional connections with attendees.Kickstarting Your Company’s Wellbeing Program
As part of the event, our CEO, Dr. Sherif Reda, hosted a session titled:
Kickstarting Your Company’s Wellbeing Program
During the session, he shared practical steps for building an effective employee wellbeing program.
First, companies need to understand their employees’ needs.
Then, they should set clear goals.
After that, they can create relevant initiatives and measure their impact.
He also explained that workplace wellbeing should not depend on separate activities alone.
Instead, it should become part of the company culture and the overall employee experience.
Building Healthier Workplaces
Our participation in L&D Hub 2026 was a valuable opportunity to connect and exchange ideas.
It also allowed us to highlight the role of employee wellbeing in improving engagement, productivity, and workplace culture.
The event may be over. However, the ideas and connections will continue to support healthier workplaces and better employee experiences.
