Culture Transformation Programs: True or Fiction? Beyond Insurance Brokerage at HR Café

3 August, 2026

For the fourth time, and for the second year in a row, Beyond Insurance Brokerage joined the latest HR Café event as its official insurance partner.

The event focused on the topic:

Culture Transformation Programs: True or Fiction?

The discussion explored an important question. Do culture transformation programs create real change inside organizations? Or do they sometimes remain ideas without clear implementation or measurable impact?

What Is HR Café?

HR Café is a community that brings together professionals and people interested in Human Resources.

Its events cover important topics related to workplace culture, employee experience, organizational development, and the latest HR challenges.

These events create space for people to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discover new approaches to building better workplaces.

Talk by Ahmed Badr

The event also featured a special talk by Ahmed Badr, founder of AB & Associates, where he shared his perspective and experience on cultural transformation inside organizations.

His talk added a practical layer to the discussion by highlighting the importance of understanding a company’s culture and turning cultural transformation programs from ideas into real practices within the workplace.

AI Hack by Meska AI

Another standout part of the event was the AI Hack segment, presented by Meska AI.

It gave attendees the chance to interact with practical ideas related to artificial intelligence.

Participants explored how AI can support creative thinking, problem-solving, and the development of new solutions for workplace challenges.

The segment also encouraged collaboration and helped attendees look at HR challenges from a different perspective.

Beyond at the Latest HR Café Event

Beyond Insurance Brokerage attended the event as the official insurance partner.

Our goal was to stay close to the HR community and connect directly with professionals and business leaders.

Throughout the day, Beyond introduced engaging activations and giveaways. These activities made the experience more interactive and opened conversations about the importance of insurance within organizations.

One of our main activities was Stop, It’s Beyond, an insurance-themed version of the popular Stop the Bus game. The activity was light, fun, and highly interactive. Participants had to quickly think of insurance-related words, while the winners received special prizes.

Today, insurance is no longer just an additional employee benefit. It is an important part of the employee experience and helps people feel more secure at work.

Why Was This Participation Important?

Beyond’s participation in HR Café was a valuable opportunity to connect with professionals who are genuinely interested in improving workplaces and enhancing the employee experience. It also allowed us to share our perspective on the role of insurance in supporting businesses, protecting employees, and creating safer and more comfortable work environments.

The Culture Transformation Programs: True or Fiction? event created an important space for discussion, interaction, and knowledge sharing.

Beyond’s presence as the official insurance partner was part of our ongoing commitment to the HR community.

It also reinforced our role in supporting companies and employees with insurance solutions that are more relevant to their real needs.
