What Does Your Culture Cover? Beyond Insurance Brokerage at CLTR Summit 2026
24 September, 2026
CLTR Summit 2026 took place on September 19 at District 5 – Kamelizer Townhall in Cairo. The summit brought together more than 500 HR, communications, and culture leaders. Its main focus was turning workplace culture from an idea into something companies can put into practice. The day explored several sides of workplace culture. These included performance, employee experience, wellbeing, trust, inclusion, leadership, and growth.
Big Conversations on the CLTR Summit Stage
The agenda brought together senior leaders from different industries.Ibrahem Mohamed Naguib, Managing Director at Great Place To Work, opened with “Culture as a System: The Real Performance Strategy.” The keynote explored how culture can become part of the way an organization operates and performs.Another panel, “Culture at Scale: How Innovation-Driven Companies Build High-Performing Workplaces,” featured leaders including Ahmed El Bossati from Capgemini, Rana Aslan from Enpal Egypt, and Alexandra Saad from Nawy. The conversation focused on building inclusive and high-performing cultures as organizations grow.Employee wellbeing also had a strong presence. Sherry Bishara, Yassmin Yassin, Muhammad Hazem Sherif, and Sarah Kamal joined the panel “Wellbeing as Strategy: How Care Became a Business Imperative.” The discussion covered areas such as psychological safety, burnout prevention, trust, and sustainable performance.Mohamed Shelbaya, Senior Vice President & CEO, MEA FOBO at PepsiCo, also joined the summit for “From Purpose to Performance: Building Culture as Your Competitive Edge.” The session explored the connection between purpose, people, culture, and business performance.
Beyond at CLTR Summit 2026
For Beyond Insurance Brokerage, CLTR Summit was an opportunity to connect with the HR and People & Culture community in a different way.Our booth was designed around conversation and participation. Instead of focusing only on insurance, we created activities around the topics that shape the employee experience every day.
Think & Connect: Culture Edition
One of our main activations was Think & Connect Culture Edition. The game was directly incorporated into the booth itself. Its five main pillars were also featured on the booth backdrop:Wellbeing & Care, Employee Experience, Trust, Performance, and Growth & Development. These pillars became conversation starters throughout the day. They encouraged attendees to think about what workplace culture actually looks like inside their organizations. The goal was simple. We wanted people to connect, exchange perspectives, and talk about culture through real workplace situations rather than only discussing it as a concept.
Bidding War and Blind Ranking
We also brought two more interactive games to the booth: Bidding War and Blind Ranking. Both activities added a competitive and playful side to the experience. They gave attendees another way to discuss workplace priorities, employee needs, and different views on culture. The games helped create quick conversations between people who might not have met otherwise. They also made the booth a space for interaction throughout the summit.
From Workplace Culture to Employee Wellbeing
For us, workplace culture and employee wellbeing are closely connected.Companies can support this connection through initiatives that bring health awareness and wellbeing directly into the workplace. One example is Beyond Day. It combines health awareness, wellness activities, screenings, consultations, and insurance guidance for employees.Technology can also influence the employee experience. Beyond Manager helps HR teams manage employee insurance, policies, claims, medical networks, and healthcare services from one platform. These services reflect the same idea behind our CLTR Summit activations. Employee culture is shaped by everyday experiences, not only by statements or values.
A Day Built Around Culture and Connection
CLTR Summit 2026 created a space for HR and culture leaders to discuss how organizations can turn culture into action. For Beyond, the day was also about listening, connecting, and creating conversations. Through Think & Connect Culture Edition, Bidding War, and Blind Ranking, we brought workplace culture directly into the booth experience. And with five pillars at the center — Wellbeing & Care, Employee Experience, Trust, Performance, and Growth & Development — we kept the conversation focused on what employees experience every day.
